What people ask most
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Subrush runs in the browser. You drop a video, we process it on our servers, you get an MP4. You can even close the tab while it renders.
Which languages does Subrush transcribe?+
French is the default, but auto-detect works on about a hundred languages. You pick the language when you import.
How long does a video take?+
For a short clip (under two minutes), expect a few dozen seconds from import to captions. A long video through Derush takes a few minutes — that’s the only time you wait.
What happens to my video after export?+
It stays in your workspace, visible only to you. You can free the space whenever you want: Subrush deletes the heavy files and keeps the transcript, clips and style.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, anytime from your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, with no auto-renewal after that.
Is the watermark mandatory?+
Only on the free video. From the first paid plan, exports come out clean, with no mark.
